Working at Meta sometimes feels like drinking from a firehose. I scripted and produced this video to help new employees quickly learn how to manage their communication channels with ease to make impact sooner!

To introduce the TechNext Talent Scout program, I created this portal page with short videos, descriptions, reference materials and more. This morphed into a social community, allowing for new scouts to register for events, share resources and more using the Cornerstone LMS.
